CandlePower Technology products are engineered for durability and reliability. CandlePower Technology warrants its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, CandlePower Technology Technical products will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of the product that proves defective upon inspection by our customer support for reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repair parts or replacement products will be provided by CandlePower Technology on an exchange basis and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. Under no circumstances will CandlePower Technology be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from defective or non-defective products.
Our warranty does not cover damage to products resulting from abuse, accidental damage, including water damage due to submersion, or unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.
CandlePower Technology sells product directly to customer and through authorized resellers. Products purchased from a source other than CandlePower Technology or our authorized distributors, such as Ebay, will void the warranty.

Warranty Claim Requirements
Please register your product on our website. Warranty period begins at the time of purchase. If the product was not registered on our website then the original order acknowledgement or sales receipt is required. Before returning product please call or email our customer support department in order to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please write the RMA# on the outside of the box and place a note in the box describing the issue, along with your name, address, phone and phone number. Properly pack the product to avoid shipping damage and please insure and return to our address noted below.
Out of Warranty Repair
If our products require out of warranty repair we charge a flat $30 to diagnosis the issue. Please follow Warranty Claim Requirement above to obtain an RMA number and shipping procedure. Once we estimate the cost of repair we will contact you with an estimate. If you want CandlePower Technology to repair the product we will request payment in full before repair, including shipping charges. We will then repair and return your product promptly.
